Beast Mastery Hunters may still have a higher percentage of pet damage, but the pets feel more like a damage delivery mechanism than a team-mate. Survival Hunters rely on their pets to help generate Focus through Kill Command and have several talents that cement the pet-hunter relationship that a lot of Beast Mastery players want. Mar 07, 2019  Blizzard has announced that it will be buffing Battle for Azeroth Beast Mastery Hunters through next week's 8.1.5 Crucible of Storms content update. Looking at your bloodmallet link for Hectic Add Cleave your pot of traits needs to beat 4471 dps, where +10 RA alone is 3k dps. You're at +8 now which would be around 2400 dps, add 773 from Feeding Frenzy, 370 from Serrated Jaws and it totals at 3543. Your 1.5k increase is more than the graphs said it would be. I can't see what's wrong.
