ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Fresh and hot always! I attend many events and always look for The Feeding Frenzy to fill the cravings of their many specialties! Funnel cakes melt in your mouth, the strawberry lemonade is seriously the best lemonade I've ever had. They also serve up fried yummy foods, as I've noticed the menu does change at times. What if you need a ton of food for 100+ people at the last minute?

Feeding such a large group is a challenge that Nameless Catering will accept with gusto.

When planning a get-together, especially for a larger crowd, organization, and planning to help make it a success. To make the right decisions and order enough food, a host needs to know the nature of the event, how many people will attend, and how long they are expected to stay.

Think about having foods that are easy to serve and eat so everyone can be fed in a timely fashion. Try to offer two to three entree options with customizable sides and toppings whenever possible. Be sure to pick foods that will hold up well during your entire event.

But sometimes you can plan for “perfect” and things go awry.

Nameless Catering can save your event from a food pinch, especially for large groups. In an ideal world, we love to plan ahead too! But Nameless also understands when people need a catered set-up on short notice.

Nameless Catering takes the pressure out of big events by easily catering to groups of 100 or more. We stay prepared to ensure even our last-minute clients have a food set up that will wow their guests.

When it comes to feeding a big group, you don’t have to do it all yourself!

Nameless Catering can feed everyone while you sit back and relax. All menu items include details necessary to make the meal enjoyable and stress-free including salads, sides, beverages, desserts, plates, silverware, napkins, and cups. We can even deliver and set-up so you do not have to!

Let Nameless Catering make the food for your next big event easy, affordable, and delicious.

If you dream about putting hors d'oeuvres on little toothpicks for large parties, you might want to check out your local Catering Boot Camp seminar. Produced by Bill Hansen, founder of Bill Hansen Catering and LeadingCaterers.com, a website for caterers and consumers searching for catering services, the boot camps are one-day seminars held all around the country, detailing the ins and outs of the catering business. 'We walk [participants] through a step-by-step pro-cess,' says Hansen. 'It's not a cooking school--we talk about how to start, menu ideas, where to buy insurance. Cooking is only about 20 percent of the catering job.'

Hansen's workshops give aspiring caterers the skinny on how to staff an event and gauge how much food to order, as well as the logistics of serving a large group of people at once. Topics like selecting linens, knowing your on-site facilities and timing an event are discussed. Hansen even touches on the legalities of serving alcohol at events and discusses developing a marketing plan and website. The bevy of information offered at the Catering Boot Camp should help dispel the most common catering myth: 'That [catering] is an easy way to make a living,' notes Hansen. 'It's hard work, and [people] overlook the number of details involved.'

The cost runs $295 for one person, and $200 for a second or third person in your company. For the dates and registration information for your nearest Catering Boot Camp, check out LeadingCaterers.com. While catering's still a tough gig, Hansen says, 'It's a great time to be a caterer, [with] the amount of business that's out there. People are booking events on a shorter and shorter fuse . . . and they're shopping [for caterers] 24/7.'
